General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
Booking a tour with Ethioder Tour and Travel constitute your agreement to the Terms & Conditions below. Please take time to read carefully the following TC for your own information and protection. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have read and understood the various terms associated with your contract before placing any bookings.
Deposit and Payment
You will be required to pay a deposit or make full payment for your booking 30 days prior. Please note that, if we have arranged a package, changes in transportation cost including the cost of fuel, taxes, entrance and guide fees … the price of your travel arrangement may change.
Strikes, Disasters, War, Unpredictable Events
In case of unprecedented events or events that cannot be influenced by Ethioder Tour and Travel, we will try the best to provide you the service booked. Such incidents cannot be mentioned as a reason for the cancellation of a journey.
Cancellation of Booking
If you cancel your arrangement, ONE MONTH prior, or due to medical emergencies at any time, you can be entitled for FULL REFUND. Otherwise, partial refund might be charged.
Complaint
If you have a problem during your holiday, you must firstly inform the relevant contact immediately about the complaint and the issues must be solved at place, is possible. Should they be unable to resolve the matter, please immediately contact us by email or phone. If you fail to contact us on time, we will not be permitted to opportunity to investigate your complaint and attempt to rectify any error while you are away, and this might affect your right under GTC.
Travel Documents
It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the details on your travel documents are correct and to bring to our attention any errors or discrepancies immediately. It is your responsibility to fulfill your identity card and other requirements applicable to your itinerary. We do not accept any responsibility in the case of you being unable to travel due to not complying with any such requirements.
Insurance
Travel insurance is a vital part of your arrangements. We strongly recommend that all passengers are adequately insured before travelling, for the whole duration of your journey. In any event, we strongly advise that you take out a policy of insurance in order to cover you and your party against the cost of cancellation by you; the cost of assistance (including repatriation) in the event of accident or illness; loss of baggage and money; and other expenses.
Privacy Policy
You consent to our processing and sharing of personal data/information about you and other members of your party that you have provided to us in accordance with the GTC. You represent that you have read and agree to the terms of our privacy.
